- Non-scuff, athletic sneakers that have good support
- Make sure that the soles provide good grip for a gym floor and outdoor surfaces
- Make sure that there is an arch in the sneaker that provides good support for impact.
- Loose fitting sweat pants and/or loose basketball/soccer shorts (no shorter than mid-thigh)
- T- shirt and/or sweat shirt
- The gym is very cold most of the time
- T-shirts must have sleeves
- Have warm clothing available for outside activities
