Current Projects:

A) Decentralized Education Improvement

This semester we are reviewing our four major workshops: consent, anti-oppression, disability awareness and harm reduction. We are currently focusing on improving our disability awareness education. Ari is creating a list of contacts in the Bay Area who are qualified to lead this workshop. The health workers are coming in next week to discuss what we can do to improve harm reduction education. Stay tuned for more.

B) Manager Training Logistics

Every semester, houses have a difficult time electing all of their major managers. Not having major managers elected and trained makes it difficult for houses to operate smoothly. To tackle this problem, we are trying to make training more accessible and increase interest in these positions. If you have any ideas on this please email me or come to ETcom

C) Community Agreements

Much like community agreements the houses establish every semester, we are trying to create central community agreements. We want everyone in our community feels respected. This project is very much in the early stages. I want these to be built for our unique community, so definitely hit me up if you have any ideas, suggestions, comments etc.
