Board Packets are the major records kept by the BSC. They are prepared before every Board meeting and contain Executive reports, Committee minutes, original policy text, and background information on every agenda item.

Board Packs (and, since 2013, minutes) are kept in the relevant semester, along with other key documents from that semester.
