Course Information:

Topics covered in this course include investigation and experimentation, atomic and molecular structure, chemical bonds, conservation of matter and stoichiometry, gases and their properties, acids and bases , solutions, chemical thermodynamics, reaction rates, chemical equilibrium, organic and biochemistry, medicine and pathology. Critical thinking and problem solving skills are addressed on a daily basis and are required to achieve an advanced level of knowledge and understanding.
