Course Information:
In the semester-long Economics course, students will be analyzing and evaluating economic strategies of individuals, nations, groups and corporations. Students will specifically study personal finance, game theory, corporate social responsibility, gender/ race wealth gaps and the labor market. This analysis will be through the lens of social justice, in which we identify and analyze the inequities that are at play in the economic structure of the United States. Students will also engage in activist thinking and action based on our analysis throughout the course.
