Hi there! I'm Kristen Sholes and this is my 10th year as the school counselor at Brockway Elementary. I received my Master’s degree at PSU in Counselor Education in 2011, and I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Lock Haven University.

My job as the school counselor is to make sure that every student feels safe and happy at school. This includes providing students with safe spaces to assertively express their thoughts and feelings. My goal is to empower students with tools to successfully navigate challenges faced in their early school years.
