The weather was no joke today! Since it was snowing outside, we exercised indoors. Thank you to Mr. Schall who did penalty box (a sort of agility ladder) exercises with each grade level while the other grade levels walked the halls and steps. Thank you to Mrs. Philage, Mrs. Watkins, Mrs. Fennel and Mrs. Rohm who worked out with us.

On days when the weather didn't cooperate, we walked the halls to get in our miles and used a cool tool called "penalty boxes" that we received from grant money. They helped us with agility and endurance.
