Mrs. Richards- Language Arts
Room 141
Room 141
Hello students and parents!
I'm Ms. Richards, the English Language Arts teacher in Argyll Clan. This will be my seventh year at Bonny Eagle Middle School and my seventeenth year of teaching!
Probably no surprise here, but I LOVE reading! It is my goal every year to help my students find the right books for them because I wish someone had done the same for me in middle school.
This year we will also practice writing for various purposes and audiences, and it's my hope to turn our notebooks into cherished, safe places to explore and create!
Please come to class prepared with a NEW composition notebook (or a large sketchbook) to use ONLY FOR LANGUAGE ARTS!
Get ready! We're going to FILL IT UP!
Information about classwork and homework will be posted regularly on Google Classroom, and at the beginning of the year I will provide information to sign up for remind.com text messages! Please be sure to add the correct class code according to which block you see me:

Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns throughout the year. The best way to reach me is by email at: arichards@bonnyeagle.org
Let's make it a great year, class of 2031!
I love reading historical fiction and cuddling my pups!
I love using the Goodreads app to track my books! Working on getting to 35 books by December... I'm on my way there!
Writing in our notebooks on top of Bradbury Mountain!
Traveling to France was the highlight of my summer in 2022! I went to Paris, Nice, and Amboise! Here is a picture of me under the Eiffel Tower! Did you know they change the color of the tower every seven years?!
