When your background check clears, your employee accounts will be created. You will receive an email from Absence Management regarding your login information. Listed below are resources and guides you can use to navigate all of your accounts.

IT Website - includes troubleshooting, who to contact, IT articles, how-to's, etc.

If you are having issues with devices at the schools, forgot your login information, etc please contact the IT Help Desk support team at support@boiseschools.org or 208-854-6670.

If you are experiencing difficulty logging into Absence Management, please follow these instructions:

• If you get a "Error 403" code you may be logged into another Gmail account on the device you are using. You can bypass this error by going "incognito." To do this in your google chrome browser, you will click on the 3 vertical dots in the upper right corner. Choose the 3rd option down "new incognito window" and you can navigate to the Absence Management login page.
