The Gmail Self-Assessment typically requires 30 minutes to finish depending on your proficiency. It will require you work in your Google Gmail @ Blake in order to complete six hands-on activities.
You may re-take the assessment as many times as you would like in order to get a score of 80% or above. We encourage you to use the online resources (videos and step-by-step directions) to get a good score.

I can export personal contacts from FirstClass and import those contacts into Gmail.
I can “Find and Merge Duplicate” Contacts (after importing them from FirstClass).
I can send an email from my Contact Manager to a contact or a group.
