Conference period: 2nd 9:50 - 10:40 am

I am available for tutoring most mornings and most afternoons.

2018 - 2019 is my 20th year to teach in Burleson High School. I grew up in Burleson and graduated from BHS when it was at the Kerr Middle School campus. I graduated from the University of Texas in Arlington. I am the sponsor for the BHS Gay-Straight Alliance club which is a student-led support group for LGBT students and their friends who support them. The club meets on Mondays after school in my classroom.

I am married, and we have four children between us. Two of our kids are married and have children of their own, so now I can add the title of "Poo" to my other names. We have four granddaughters and two grandsons. My family is blessed.

I also have pets at home. We have two dogs - a Great Dane and a Catahoula - and we have two cats.

I love to read. My favorite authors are Stephen King and Dick Francis. I enjoy most genres; it's hard to find a book that I don't like. I also enjoy scuba diving and snorkeling.

I go to church at Pathway Church, and I lead the mission trips that we take to Rio Bravo, Mexico. We always welcome newcomers, so if you're ever interested in going on a mission trip, let me know. You'll be welcome.
