I graduated with honors from Tarleton State University in December 2015. I did my student teaching here at Hajek. I worked with Mrs. Vanover in the third-grade classroom, then with Mrs. Nivens in the second-grade classroom. I have taught pre k for 17 years while going back to school to get my teaching degree.

I have three children, Josh (26), Justin (Peanut) (25), and Marissa (19). My boys graduated from Joshua High School in 2013. Marissa graduated JHS in 2019. She is now attending Texas State University in San Marcos. I now have 3 grand babies. Connor is 3, Kenzie is 1, and Ashlynn was just born on Aug. 11th.
