Forms - SUNY Schenectady

Attached are important forms and information for SUNY Schenectady's College in the High School program. Students planning to earn four college credits for the first semester of Honors Chemistry must register online by October 9. Please print a copy of your course registration and bring it to class. The course is Chm 121 and the CRN is 92564.

Non-Schenectady County residents will also need to complete the Certificate of Residence by October 16 and bring me the ORIGINAL copy. A short video with information on the residency certificate is attached below. If you are taking more than one SCC course this year, you may give another teacher the original and provide me with a copy.

The tuition for this course is $256, and a bill from SUNY-Schenectady will be sent to your home. Please note that there are scholarship and reduced cost applications in the attached packet. If you are applying for either, please bring them to me as soon as possible.

SCC Revised Registration Dates for Fall 2020 Semester:

• Registration extended through Fri 10/16

• Scholarship and Waiver Apps due Fri 10/16

• Certificates of Residence by Tues 10/27
