Exit Interviews

Senior Exit Interviews at Belding High School will take place during SAT week in April. Interviews are planned for Friday, April 12, 2024. When a schedule is available, it will be posted outside the main office and is also available here.  Here are some tips and reminders for the interview process:

• The Senior Exit Interview is a graduation requirement (every person participating in graduation must complete the process, whether in-person, virtual, MCC/Middle College, early graduate, or 5th year)

• Professional dress is required for the interview (if you need any assitance with obtaining appropriate attire, please contact Mrs. Lōser)

  • Gentlemen will wear: dress shoes, dress pants, collared/buttoned shirt with tie (if possible)

  • Ladies will wear:  dress pants or professional skirt, dress shirt or blouse, low-heeled or flat dress shoes preferred

  • Avoid:  excessive perfume/cologne, flashy jewelry, revealing tops or skirts, hats, jeans, sweats, yoga pants, gym shoes, flip flops

• Each interview will include a local business leader with a portfolio review by a BAS staff member

• Punctuality is required--if you miss your interview time, it will be rescheduled at the convenience of the committee

• You must bring your Senior Portfolio for presentation and evaluation

  • If your portfolio does not meet the requirements, you will be notified prior to leaving the interview process

  • Changes must be made within 1 week of the interview if wanting to attend prom

  • Failure to make changes will result in failure to participate in graduation
