During training, you will hear about several different acronyms and websites that we use regularly at Bean Group. Here is a quick guide to our major systems. We recommend that you add bookmarks for each site on your preferred browser for easy access. Many of our major sites and systems are SSO-enabled and require you to be logged in to your Bean Group Gmail account to access.
GMAIL:
Bean Group uses enterprise-level Gmail for all email communications. To access, go to www.gmail.com and log in using your full BG email address (firstname.lastname@beangroup.com). In addition to the basic email function, we regularly use Google Workspace (formerly known as "G Suite") applications such as Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc. to create, store, and share files, collaborate on documents, share our calendars, and much more.
I.BEAN:
This is the company intranet. Here you will find the Training & Events Calendar, marketing information, important company documents, training videos, and much more. To access via SSO, log into your BG email (Gmail) first, then open a new tab and go to beangroup.org and you will automatically be logged in. Lost? Use the search box (click on the magnifying glass) in the upper right corner!
KVCORE:
kvCORE is an all-inclusive real estate platform. This is where you will find your agent website. Some of the other features and benefits include a Smart CRM, Listing Management & Marketing, Lead Management Tools, CORE Present (a CMA and presentation builder), and CORE ListingMachine (automated property marketing suite). During onboarding, you will receive a "welcome email" from kvCORE that includes your username and a link to reset your temporary password. After your initial account setup, go to login.beangroup.com to sign in.
SKYSLOPE:
This is our transaction management system where you will upload completed contract documents for file storage and administrative review. To access this platform, go to www.skyslope.com. Your login information will be provided to you once your sign-on paperwork has been completed.
WORKPLACE:
Workplace connects everyone at Bean Group. It is a business-only social platform where staff and agents can communicate, collaborate, and stay informed. Those who use Facebook will find the tools and features of Workplace very familiar. To access, go to www.beangroup.workplace.com and log in using your BG email (Gmail) address as your username. You can also download the App for Android in the Play Store and the App for iPhone in the App Store.
