We use Google Workspace (formerly known as "G Suite") applications such as Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc. to create, store, and share files, collaborate on documents, share our calendars, and much more. It is important to know these files can not be shared directly with users outside the company domain, access and sharing permissions are limited to individuals logged in to a beangroup.com account.

SINGLE SIGN-ON TIP #1: PICK A PREFERRED WEB BROWSER FOR YOUR BG EMAIL!
If you regularly use a personal email, we highly recommend that you use one web browser (i.e. Chrome, Safari, Firefox) specifically for your Bean Group email, and another browser specifically for your personal email.
Staying logged in to your Bean Group email on one preferred browser will allow you to quickly access not only your beangroup.com email but all other Bean Group tools that are SSO-enabled.
SINGLE SIGN-ON TIP #2: BOOKMARK THESE SITES!
We recommend that you add bookmarks for each site on your preferred browser for easy access. With the exception of SkySlope, all of our major sites and systems are SSO-enabled and require you to be logged in to your Bean Group Gmail account to access.
