Background Information

Welcome to my Teacher Website. I started working at BBE in 1987. I have loved every year of teaching. Our district is in a wonderful community filled with supportive parents, great students, and a fantastic staff!

I graduated from the University of North Dakota in 1987. I received the following degrees at UND: elementary education, a math degree (1-8th grade), mild to moderate mentally handicapped, and moderate to severe mentally handicapped.

I started school at St. Cloud State after being hired at BBE to obtain my degree in learning disabilities which I completed in 1990. I have also taken many classes and trainings in the area of emotional and behavioral disorders.

In the summer of 2013 I received my certification in Autism Spectrum Disorder

I am a proud mother of four children and grandmother of two grandchildren.

I am always willing to sit down and meet with parents if you have any concerns or questions.
