Letters of Recommendation

Letters of recommendations for apprenticeship programs, vocational schools, potential employers, colleges, universities, and scholarships are used to provide a summary of your academic and extracurricular involvements as well as insight into who you are as an individual. Completing the questions and statements below will greatly assist us in creating letters of recommendation that present you in a positive light. PLEASE BE AS THOROUGH AND DESCRIPTIVE AS POSSIBLE WHEN COMPLETING THE LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION REQUEST FORM below.

❏ To access the form below, you must be signed into your BHS google account.  

❏ Please ask your teachers, counselors, coaches, etc. AND complete/submit this form AT LEAST TWO WEEKS prior to when you need your completed letter of recommendation. 

❏ Once submitted, please email your teachers and counselor to inform them that this form is finished and they can access it.
