Reading Intervention at Ballard East

My name is Kelly Moss and I am the reading interventionist at Ballard East. I am originally from Oelwein, Iowa. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Northern Iowa and my Master's Degree in Elementary Education from Viterbo University. Besides teaching reading, I have experience teaching special education and fourth grade.
