My name is Andy Richardson and I am the physical education teacher at Ballard Middle and High school.

We have PE class 3 times per week for 40 minutes each. Students participate in a variety of activities during the school year.
The focus is activities that are Fun, Fair and Safe for all students. Students are expected to be good at listening to directions and show good sportsmanship.
We spend time discussing how to be an active person as well as trying to find ways to exercise both your body and heart. Hopefully your child has shared some experiences with you about PE.
