We are excited to announce the latest update to our website's system, enhancing the Quick Search functionality to provide a more efficient and user-friendly experience. This update aims to streamline the process of accessing and managing customer records and maintenance tickets.
The Quick Search feature has been enhanced to include a wider range of search criteria, making it easier to locate specific customer records. Users can now choose from multiple search options.

To Access This Feature:
Click on your User Account Settings.
Select from the dropdown menu provided to easily select your preferred search option.
