A new functionality is developed that will allow the operator to schedule when a customer status should change.
Reported use case:
A customer requests to terminate service as they are moving. CSR can set the account to Disconnect on a date in the future. This avoid the need to revisit and handle manually.
The Status Change Date can be configured for any customer status.
To make use of this feature:
1. Proceed to Customer Statuses page - fig.1. This is accessible from Settings tab.

2. Find the status(es) for which it should be possible to change to, on a predefined date. In this scenario it will be for the Disconnected status. Tick the Status Change Date box - see red arrow in Fig.2.
Select Update Table to save the changes.

3. On the customer account, which is. current, it is now possible to schedule for the status to change to disconnected come August 13th. See fig.3.

4. The customer account will remain active until August 13th when the status will change automatically to disconnected See fig.4.
