2024-2Q: [CRM] 'Add' Button added to 'Last 5 Credits'

SIMPLe has been improved by adding a new 'Add' button to the 'Last 5 Credits' section of the Customer Record.

Previously, you would have needed to first click to view 'All' Credits, before being able to add a new Custom Credit, but now you can 'Add' in just one click.
