2023-4Q: [CRM] SMS Template for Mass SMS
A new functionality is added to enhance the Mass SMS feature. It allows for an operator to select SMS templates (fig.1) that are defined under Settings > Modify SPID > Operator Emails / SMS (fig.2).
The Mass SMS feature is accessible under Customers > Send Mass SMS
To make use of this feature:
1. Create one or more SMS templates under Operator Emails / SMS
2. From the Mass SMS page select the desired template

3. The variables that can be used with SMS are listed at the bottom of the Mass SMS page (fig.3)
