2023-2Q: [MAINT] Mass mail / SMS from Maintenance Page

A new feature has been added to SIMPLer that allows users to snd Mass emails and SMS's from the Maintenance Page, using ticket seach parameters.  It was possible to send Mass emails and SMS's from the customer page, but now you are able to send from both pages.

This works the same as the customer search page, but if there are any duplicate tickets assigned to the same customer it will only include that customer once in the mail/sms list.
