2023-1Q: [CRM] Maintenance Tickets - Search by Custom Fields

A new feature has been added to enhance the ticket functionality. It allows for an operator to search for customers based on custom field entries on their account .

To make use of this feature:

    1. Click on Maintenance tab from the menu

    2. Select  Custom Fields

    3. Enter info to search in the search window

    4. Hit the search button
