2022-3Q: [CRM] Maintenance Ticket - Select multiple users to get a Reminder

The ticketing tool is enhanced to give the possibility to select multiple users and or user groups to receive a reminder.

To make use of this feature:

1. Under section Remind User; select one or more user(s) and or user groups to receive a reminder.

• use control or command key when selecting more than one user. Click to unselect.

2. Under Reminder Time; set the time and date of for the reminder

3. The reminder will appear in the Inbox section for the user
