2022-3Q: [ACC] Tie API User to Payment Type (USPayment )

This feature allows the operator to tie the payment type and API user. In this example any calls coming from the API user "uspayments" will be associated with USPayment type, see Fig 1:

To make use of this feature:

Choose Settings from the main menu and select Payment Types from the options., see Fig 2.
