Lost Pines - Summer of 2023

BEFORE: At Lost Pines, Scouts will have a number of merit badge classes to get them done! Most of the classes at Lost Pines will not complete all of the requirements for the badge, and some require you to do some things before you come to Lost Pines. Scouts that are attending will be given three meals per day. They also have Eagle Quest, where you work on requirements for Eagle.

It will be hot so make sure to bring plenty of water!

AFTER: Scouts had a lot of fun doing their merit badge classes and most of camp. The weather was extremely hot reaching a high of 102 degrees, but the scouts did have access to AC by going to the dining hall, the trading post, or at the pool during free swim to cool down. They slept in four wall cloth tents on a wooden platform for the week. Scouts also enjoyed the meals that were served to them, which includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The 513 scouts also performed a flag ceremony on Friday, and did an amazing job!
