Vanessa Farrow

Adjunct Professor

Vanessa is an adjunct in the Marketing Department and teaches Fashion courses through Distance Learning. She earned a B.S. in Textiles and Apparel: Apparel Design from The University of Texas at Austin, along with a Business Foundations certificate in 2007. Upon graduation, she completed an internship with Sikara & Co. Jewelry in downtown Austin, where she ultimately became the company’s first employee. Vanessa has represented the brand at numerous trade shows, worked with international manufacturers, and acquired first-hand knowledge of what goes into running a retail store. Vanessa currently oversees wholesale and operations of Sikara & Co.
