Ag Chemistry- Focuses on the chemical compositions and changes involved in the production, protection, and use of crops and livestock. It seeks to control and understand the process by which humans obtain food and fiber for themselves and feed for their animals. This course is centered on extensive laboratory components to connect the big ideas of chemical science with agricultural applications and environmental concerns.
