Reading: We will be doing a variety of winter themed activities. Some include reading winter, penguin, New Year, and snowman themed stories and discussing story elements, sequencing, and creating crafts relating to them..

Week of December 19th - 20th

Reading: We will be doing a variety of Christmas activities. Some include reading Christmas themed stories and discussing story elements, creating crafts relating to them, doing various “Grinch” activities and Sticker Stories, and directed drawings.     

Math - Christmas activities including addition color by number and hidden mystery pictures on 100 charts.                                                                                           

Monday - We will be enjoying some delicious “Grinch” punch to go along with our “Grinch” activities.                                                                          Tuesday, will be our Christmas Party. We will be doing our gift exchange and various Christmas related activities. Our Christmas party in the afternoon is my gift to the students. We will be doing various activities including playing Bingo, creating some ornaments, making reindeer dust with oats and sprinkles, a reindeer snack we can eat, cup stacking, and cookie decorating.
