5. Teaching
I enjoy helping students pursue their personal and professional goals. Using an action learning approach, I expose students to concepts and techniques that help them inspire positive change through their interpersonal interactions. I teach courses on leadership and negotiations. I oversee the leadership development curriculum for W. P. Carey's full-time MBA students, and am faculty director of the Executive Connections mentoring program.
In 2020, I was named one of Poets and Quants "Top 40 Under 40 MBA professors." I was also recognized by the full-time MBA students as one of their six "Most Impactful Professors" in 2020.
