A "Renaissance" Man

All about me

If you have arrived to this webpage intentionally, then it is likely that I am your teacher for Integrated Mathematics II. As this is our first year of implementing Carnegie Learning's Integrated Mathematics Program in High School, we will all be learning a lot from each other and, what we don't know, we'll learn from the literature, through our own experiments, trial and error, creativity, organization, hard work and a sense of humor. I am a selective perfectionist and will do my best to make sure that I do not hinder your success in this course.

My formal education is in mechanical engineering and medicine, but I have been teaching mathematics, science and technology at ASFG for 19 years. My principal hobby is helping my wife run a neighborhood grocery store. Guadalajara is my home.
