To The Parents of Current 6^th Grade Students,

I just wanted to take a moment to remind you about the 7^th grade immunization requirements.

You may want to try to take care of these updates as soon as possible because the clinics sometimes run out of doses due to the high demand right before school starts.

All students entering the 7^th grade must present proof of the following immunizations by the 1^st day of their 7^th grade school year.

Tdap

Varicella (Chickenpox) Booster

Meningitis (MCV4)
