In the Mandarin classroom, Cao Laoshi has created fun and stress free lessons. she is very mindful of and check in on the student's wellbeing and mental health which they put into account when assigning homework, projects, and other activities. Ms. Cao also encourage a peaceful classroom environment by putting on calm traditional Chinese music  while students work independently or in groups.  

Ms. Cao creates the curriculum and learning style to best promote the students learning and encourage expression of student's strengths but also a focus on improving weaknesses. She incorporate fun exercises into lessons that stimulate students brain and practice their skills.
