ADE has pulled together all of the legislative requirements (state and federal) for family and community engagement. Memo
Federal Funds Statements are now available at: http://www.arkansased.gov/divisions/fiscal-and-administrative-services/lea-federal-funding/federal-fund-statements.
These statements show data as of October 13, 2018 for Titles I, II, III, III-Immigrant, IV, V, VI-B, and Federal Preschool. Data includes the districts total budget for 2018-19, eFinance Activity as a total and also by object code, and remaining funds by date they expire.
ADE’s federal finance office tries to publish Federal Funds Statements quarterly. It is an excellent place to make sure your transfers have been completed in eFinance and to check on expiring funds.

**January Meeting: move to 16th??
AAEA is hosting a Zoom Session with ADE Federal Staff - Jayne Green and Annette Pearson - on Wednesday, January 16, 2019. Jayne and Annette will be discussing final federal allocations, federal deadlines and the Federal Grants Management System. They will also be available for a Q&A session after their updates. Below is Zoom information so you can Zoom this session from your coop location for federal coordinators and others within your coop area. We do ask that you not share the Zoom information with individuals to ensure that all coops are able to participate first and foremost.
