My name is Cora Griffon and I'm the library media specialist at Glencoe Library. Ever since one of my elementary teachers did a reading competition which involved winning pizza, (pizza is always a great motivator) the world of books and learning was opened to me. It's been wonderful to be able to share that joy with my son Finn and I'm looking forward to sharing it with the students at Glencoe. This is my dream job and I'm so happy to be here. Please let me know if I can assist you in any way. My goal is that your child will have a passion for reading and learning and are prepared for the technology rich world of today and the future.
Hello from Ms. Diane, Glencoe's half-time Library Assistant. I'm here to help develop our library collection, and then get the right book into your hands! I love love love children and children's literature, and feel so lucky to be back at Glencoe, reading with the awesome students and staff here. When not checking out books, I might be found reading memoirs and other non-fiction, catching up with my husband or our two adult kids, or hiking our beautiful gorge, coast, or mountains, or maybe just gardening in my little Mt. Tabor yard! I appreciate and respect all that nature has to offer, and recognize how fortunate I am to have my dream job with you. Read on, Gulls!
