I would recommend this book because it is really sad, but it gets happy. I loved the detail in the book and how the main character always found a way to do whatever she needed to do. it is definitely a five out of five star book. I think you should read it and enjoy it like I did.
In Cardboard, Cam and his father, Mike, are struggling when Mike gives Cam a magical box of cardboard that brings anything made from it to life. Initially, they create fun and simple things. However, things quickly spiral out of control as Cam’s imagination leads to the creation of increasingly dangerous and unpredictable creatures, including a menacing figure known as "The Boss." As their creations grow beyond their control, Cam and Mike must face the consequences of their actions, grappling with the dangers of unchecked creativity and the responsibility that comes with it. The story explores themes of imagination, power, and the lessons learned when creativity turns destructive, ultimately showing that true control comes from understanding the impact of what we create.

Maus is a graphic novel about Art Spiegelman interviewing his father, Vladek, a Holocaust survivor. It alternates between Vladek's memories of surviving Auschwitz and Art’s struggles to understand his father’s trauma. The novel explores themes of generational conflict, inherited trauma, and guilt.
Spiegelman uses animals (Jews as mice, Germans as cats) to symbolize ethnic groups, making the story both symbolic and deeply emotional. The simple black-and-white art style emphasizes the harshness of the subject matter.
Maus is a powerful meditation on how trauma affects both survivors and their families, and how the past shapes identity and relationships.

The Long Patrol by Brian Jacques is a great book full of mystery, fantasy, and sorrow. (Funny hares, too!) Along your journey, you will meet characters such as Tammo the Hare, Russa the Squirrel, and Skipper the Otter. It is a great book because it has a lot of elements of creativity such as Redwall Abbey, the Fiery mountain Salamandastron, and of course, the Long Patrol. This is an amazing book for young adult readers who want to dive into a world of talking mice, villainous stoats, epic battles, sacrifice, and so much more! I hope you read it!
The book I am recommending is called Holes by Louis Sachar. I love the book because of its cliff hangers, details, adventure and so much more. Some of the characters that I liked were Stanley and Zero. I liked these characters because of their curiosity and bravery, they were also determined. One of the things this novel helped me understand was the importance of not giving up and to continue to push forward.
he book I am recommending is New From Here by Kelly Yang. The book is told from the perspective of a ten-year-old boy named Knox, whose mother decides to move her family to the US in an attempt to seek shelter from COVID-19. This story revolves around Knox's school difficulties, issues with his brother, and the racism that his family faces every day. Two parts in this book made me cry; one because it was sad, and the other because it is just such a sweet book. There are some extreme ups and downs in this book, and I think that you will have an excellent time reading it.

When Wade Watts enters the contest he finds himself in sticky situations in The Oasis and in real life.
The book I would like to recommend is The Power of One by Bryce Courtenay. It's uplifting, powerful, and riveting for the entire story. It's about 500 pages, but each page has lots of words on it, so overall, I thought it was pretty long. It is set in World War 2, a kid born in Africa. As well as working on understanding life, one character teaches you interesting lessons on what to do in life. It helped me think about how hard it was for people worldwide during World War II, especially the people in Africa. It really helped me explore all of the depth in the main character's life. Something else that I liked about it is that it is riveting from the beginning, all the way to the end. My favorite character is Doc, probably for all the important lessons he teaches the main character. Overall, it served as my favorite book I have ever read. Whether you liked this recommendation or not, I strongly encourage you to read this book.

My book recommendation is The Land Stories Wishing Spell, it's a children's fiction, adventure, and fantasy novel written by American author, actor, and singer, Chris Colfer. This story is about the twins Alex and Conner Baily as they enter a magical world of fairy tales through a powerful cherished book that had been gifted to them from their grandmother as a present for their 12th birthday. My experience of reading the Wishing Spell was indeed magical, I enjoyed imagining the Land of Stories and all the intricate details. Despite their differences the twins must work together and fight dark forces to return home.

I recommend Ready Player One by Ernest Cline because of how hard it is to put down and because of its interesting dystopian/futuristic view of the world. The plot of RP1 is that the world is in chaos and is suffering from overpopulation, with people sleeping in "stacks" (piles of RVs turned into housing). In this future, the gap between the wealthy and the poor is immense, and because of how horrible and squalid the surroundings are for most of the population, people spend most of their time in a simulation called the OASIS (Ontologically Anthropocentric Sensory Immersive Simulation), created by a rich billionaire named James Halliday. The story follows 18-year-old Wade Watts, and after receiving an international message from the billionaire's account that he had passed away, leaving his whole fortune behind, Wade goes on a hunt to claim his fortune.
The Cat Saw Murder by Delores Hitchens.
