Homework Assignments

Math Homework

Students will have math homework the majority of the time. Please check the assignment book each night. A completion/effort grade will be given for each assignment. Students receive an "excused" for 2 missing math homework assignments each quarter. After that, the student will complete the assignment at recess and forfeit the remainder of recess. Students can print most math homework pages from the My Math link if the book is forgotten at school. Just click on the chapter, then the lesson, and the homework pages will be one of your choices to the right. Just print and voila!

Social Studies and Science Homework

Students will occasionally have social studies or science homework. It needs to be returned to school on the due date so students do not get behind with their classwork. Points will be deducted for late work. You can find the online version of Studies Weekly here. Many homework assignments will be based on these newspapers we use in class.
