Mme Péralta

Je m'appelle Yvonne Péralta. I taught every grade (from Pre-K to AP French Literature) in different schools around the Metro before coming to Edina.

This is my 5th year teaching 2nd grade at Normandale. I taught kindergarten for a year and 1st grade for 6 years at Normandale. I love my job and work long hours trying to find the latest "great French sites" to enhance my teaching. I am also a student at Concordia University of St Paul where I'm doing a Masters on Differentiated Education.

I am a French citizen, married with Timothy, my husband of 20 years. I have a son, Wolfgang, who is in 12th grade at Edina High School. I lived in Nice, Paris, and Rouen in France, and Dar Es Salaam in Tanzania. I now live in South Minneapolis.

In August, I've just created a website with all the poems I've being writing in French everyday since July.
