Payments are due on or before the following dates and are always $200 unless noted. Prepayment is allowed. Total payment = $2600

  • February 2026 (student meeting)

  • Early March - Acceptance Letters go out 

  • May 15 - Parent/Student meeting, “Germans” assigned, $600 deposit due

  • Sept 24, 2025, $400 payment due, Parent meeting @ 7pm

  • Oct ‘25 - May ‘26 - $200/month payments

  • Jan-May 2026 - monthly student meetings

  • 2-3 parent meetings TBD next year (at least 1 pre hosting and 1 post hosting)
