Antioch University partners with the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to provide enrollment and degree verification services in support of assessment of financial aid eligibility and other entities in need of confirmation of student status.
First of term Enrollment Reporting takes place once the add/drop period has ended. Enrollment Reporting for subsequent months is typically reported to the National Student Clearinghouse on the 15th of each month.
If you are not registered at that time (and not on Leave of Absence), your status will automatically be read as “withdrawn” by the Clearinghouse.
If you are within six months of your anticipated completion date, you may begin receiving repayment information from your lender.
If you do not expect to meet your Anticipated Completion Date (ACD), you should update your ACD to ensure your lender has accurate information and does not initiate repayment communications prematurely.
Many enrollment reporting issues arise when a student’s Anticipated Completion Date is expired or inaccurate.
If you need help determining your expected completion date, consult your advisor.
For most purposes, students may use the self-service enrollment verification option available on the Antioch University website at this location. Using your student ID number, you can generate a PDF of the enrollment information that Antioch has submitted to the Clearinghouse on your behalf.
Most students do not need to submit Enrollment Status forms, as the majority of lenders participate in the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) service.
After your enrollment for the first term has been reported, if you are required to provide enrollment verification, you may use the self-service option available here. Using your student ID number, you can generate an Enrollment Verification Certificate.
The Enrollment Certificate that is provided by NSC using enrollment information we provide is equivalent to official documentation provided by the university that would include a university official signature.
New Students/Future Terms: If you are still require an enrollment verification letter or completion of a deferral request, please note that requests for a future term cannot be processed until after the add/drop period for that term has ended.
If a loan payment is due before your enrollment has been reported, you will need to contact your loan servicer to request a forbearance until your updated enrollment status is available.
For degree verification, please visit the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) website: www.studentclearinghouse.org
