We do not practice on Saturday/Sunday.
We practice weekdays after school until 4:15 PM other than the following expections:
Monday, September 7 - No school, no practice
Friday, September 18 - Pick up at 6:00 PM between Steele and Nord.
Thursday, October 8 - No practice due to parent-teacher conferences (Run on your own!)
Friday, October 9 - No school. We will practice 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM.
Cancellations and changes will be communicated through Apptegy/Rooms.

Athletes and families who have signed up for the AJH cross country Remind or registered for AJH cross country on RunAmherst.com have been added to the cross country “room”.
