Dear Staff,
Think Spring! It’s also the time to help meet some of your classroom and instructional needs. Take note over the next few weeks and see if you ever think, “Well that would be nice?” Maybe it’s something we can help with. The Amboy Education Foundation remains dedicated to supporting you and the school district through the annual grant process.
The AEF would like to demonstrate our commitment to you and the students by maintaining a high level of financial support again this year. As such, we have maintained the funding level of $6,000 per school. So please, let us be part of the support mechanism that helps you do the job you love in addition to providing learning opportunities for your students. Grade level as well as individual classroom requests are encouraged. We will also plan to contribute funding at the District level.
We will also continue to allocate $100 to each teacher.
The Google worksheet process has worked well so we will continue with that format. If you have multiple needs, please submit separate requests. See the link below to access the form. We appreciate your time to provide the requested information as it assists in organizing requests by grade level support, and provides insight into the educational benefit as well as the number of students benefited. Please include any supplemental information (price quotes, product descriptions, photos, etc.) that will help us in our efforts.
All requests must be received by Friday, March 19, 2026. This will give us the week before you leave on Spring Break to communicate directly with you and answer any questions the committee may have.
We would also like to take this opportunity to thank each of you for your support and generosity. Participation by staff at each of our events is one of the reasons for our success and an outward sign of your dedication to the students. We look forward to working with you and assisting in the growth and development of Amboy CUSD # 272 students.
If you have any questions regarding the request form or process, please contact Mark Becker at (815) 973-5732 or beckermk1@gmail.com.
