ABOUT ME:

Hello! I am so excited to return to Shadow Creek High School this year! I earned a BA in Studio Art with a concentration in painting and printmaking from the University of Houston. This year will be my 13th year teaching art to secondary students. Before coming to Shadow Creek, I taught at Dr. Ronald E. McNair Junior High, Alvin Junior High, Project Chrysalis Middle School and Harmony Science Academy Houston High. I am an active member of Filipinx Artists of Houston and my personal practice is focused on acrylic paintings, watercolor and mixed media 2D work. When I'm not teaching or making art, I enjoy reading books, listening to music, dancing and hanging out with my husband and two kids.
