KC is the Partner of AKC & Co. and has over 20 years of related work experience in related fields. He was attached to one of the Big 4 Accounting Firms in Malaysia in the early stage of his career. KC joined various smaller firms after leaving this big firm before setting up AKC & Co. in 2012. The nature of his work and responsibilities under his charge include the following:

# Audits of both private and listed companies in various industries;

# Income tax compliance and related work;

# Profit forecast review related to public listing exercise and rights issues;

# Financial due diligence assignments pertaining to acquisitions exercise and also investigations;

# Trainer in the firm’s in-house staff training programs.
