Transcript Request

Request your official U of M transcript at:

https://onestop.umn.edu/academics/transcripts.

• You will need your student ID number-- This was located on the enrollment sheet you received in class. If you do not know these, please see me in class or email me: jamie.shaw@ahschools.us
• Check your unofficial transcript for accuracy before having an official one sent to your college or university of choice.
• If you'll attend the U of M, you won't need to request an official transcript, but be sure to include on your application that you’ve completed U of M coursework.
• Request transfer credit for your UM course(s). Remember that credit recognition may take several forms:

o exemption from taking a required course

o enrollment in a more advanced course

o credit toward college degree completion

Be ready to provide your course syllabus, copy of your textbook table of contents, and examples of your papers and exams.
