Printer Info

Listed in the tables below are all the printers you have access to at AMSA. We have 2 types of printers available for your use- HP LaserJet printers and Ricoh multi-function printers.

The HP printers are smaller- and best used for smaller/basic 1-page print jobs.
The Ricoh MFPs are larger machines, that usually have added functionality like copy, fax, multiple paper trays, stapling, double-sided printing, etc.

Please remember- for large print jobs (like class sets of stapled/3-hole punched packets) we ask that you send those print requests to Pam Cosgrove at Fred Moore.

Printers highlighted in green are Ricoh printers and will only work if you set up Ricoh Hold prior to printing. Click here to view instructions for how to set up Ricoh Hold printing.

2022/23 Updates:
WC Staff: We received 3 new Ricoh printers this past summer. You will want to delete the old printers, add new drivers, and then add the new printers (listed in the table below)
