About Mr. Chris Contreras: I have 24 years experience in the restaurant and food service industry.

 I was the sous chef at the Wigwam Resorts Terrace Dining Room which is now Litchfields and was executive chef for Aj's Fine Foods. 

I have a great passion for teaching culinary arts to our future culinarians.
